Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment for products and services is due according to the terms provided in your quote or invoice. For installation projects, deposits may be required before excavation or work begins. Invoices not paid within the stated terms may result in added late fees, withholding of scheduled work, or legal collection action. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
